Projects

In this menu we want to present some of our projects, so that you can have an idea how we want to implement that which is on our hearts.

Since “New Dimensions is in the early stages of development, there are some projects presented that are already happening and some that are in process of planning.

Interdenominational service

We want to foster unity among believers in Albania, we are engaged in seeing Albanian leaders and believers come together to worship Jesus.
We are planning to offer conferences on a regular base; in the beginning of 2010 we are planning a conference for worship and intercession with a good guest speaker. The picture shows the evangelical alliance meetings in September.

Social ministries

A couple of weeks ago Monika met an elderly lady who had 10 children and 18 grandchildren, but noone of them lived in Memaliaj and she does not have contact to them. She also was dressed in black as widows do here. After this encounter, Monika decided to visit people regularily at home to start friendship and that way be able to share the gospel; she will do that on a regular base with Rakela.

We have very good ties to a Christian ministry in Gjirokastra; now we are planning a joint venture with them and the Nehemia church: To throw light on the mat ter of abortion; in case we get in contact with pregnant women that ar e under pressure to abort, they are offered accomadation, friendship and counselling until the time of deliverance. We call it “project salvation” – saving the unborn and getting their mothers in contact with the Saviour. Marsela is the key person in th is project, and as “New Dimensions” in this project we want to support and counsel her and her husband Fatos, dear friends whom we have known for years. This project is not running yet, but the vision and facility are there, we would cherish your prayers for wisdom in starting this project bringing social impact and salvation. Kids EE

After the successful pilot project Kids EE (Evangelism explosion for kids) in Gjirokastra we, this course is now happening in Memaliaj, too.

Monika is planning to take part in a trainers course in Freiburg, Germany in February 2010 with the vision to train Albanian co-workers to see Kids EE multiplied in other towns of Albania, too.
